(OTCBB: ECOB) today announced that its licensed product BLUWOOD™ was featured on a recent episode of the hit ABC television series Extreme Makeover Home Edition. Wood products coated with BLUWOOD™ technology that protects against mold, rot, decay, and termites were used to frame the home built for the Scott family.
The popular ABC series that builds a home for families in need utilized BLUWOOD™ coated wood to protect against wood ingesting insects including termites that had ravaged the family's old home. Mrs. Trina Scott, who had lost her husband in the line of duty as a police officer and was busy raising her three daughters and volunteering her free time to a police organization, neglected her home that was being destroyed by termites.
The build crew, led by host Ty Pennington, chose BLUWOOD™ so the Scott family would not have to worry about termite damage again.
